And thereafter chill-out and have more fun at KL!
Sky-Trekking (Crazy & Extreme Adventures)
(Note: Above photos are for illustration purposes only as some obstacle may be closed for maintenance).
We’re not talking about just a simple “High Five” obstacle challenge but rather the ability to traverse through some 30 amazing fun obstacles within a certain time. It will be an adventure that will pump up the adrenaline; increase your heartbeat and will show you how crazy you are to do this and what it’s like to be up there ‘monkeying’ around with your mischievous friends above the trees and canopy.
It will be an incredible tree to tree ‘Sky-Trekking’ experience where you can fly, swing, glide and dangle on the various aerial obstacles suspended above the lush tropical Malaysian Rainforest. You’ll attempt to do things and take on challenges that you have not done before. But not to worry, should the obstacle be too ‘awesome’ for you, there’s always a time to call it quits and take a gracious exit.
Secret Beaches & White Hill Hike (Seremban)
In the State of Seremban stands this lone white hill that has a ‘white secret’. Our Event Hosts will share with you the stories of how its name came to be. This White Hill is not as well-known as the other hills eg Bt Broga but the view at the top is simply spectacular with an unspoiled sandy beach coastline as well as the glistening reflection of the sun's rays over the horizon at the Straits of Malacca.
Cape Rachado Lighthouse @ Port Dickson
Facing the Straits of Malacca this lighthouse in Tanjung Tuan has an unrivalled view of the ocean. Originally built by the Portuguese as a means to guide their ships through unfamiliar waters when they conquered Malacca in 1511, the lighthouse’s searchlight still illuminates the shores of Tanjung Tuan till this day and the structure is now a popular tourist attraction. The lighthouse is not open to visitors. Nevertheless, sometimes the light-keeper (depending on his mood) may just be willing to show you around.
Putrajaya is Malaysia's third and latest federal territory. Built on an expansive marshland and former oil palm estate in Selangor, the city spans an area of almost 5,000 hectares and lies 25 km from Kuala Lumpur. Putrajaya takes over the administrative functions of the capital city Kuala Lumpur and is part of the Multimedia Super Corridor project of the Malaysian government.
Much organisation and planning have gone into the development of Putrajaya as a modern city with the latest communication technologies and progressive infrastructure. The streets are elegantly designed with a European feel, along with well-paved roads while the government buildings are a blend of modern architecture with Islamic arts. Commercial, authoritative and residential areas have been divided into precincts that blend into each other cohesively. A waterway cuts through the city, flowing into a large lake. The concrete landscape is balanced with lots of parks, greenery and wetlands but because the land is relatively flat, it does not look lush. The night view of the illuminated bridges there is simply awesome!
Sights & Sounds of Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur is the capital city of Malaysia, boasting gleaming skyscrapers, colonial architecture, charming locals, and a myriad of natural attractions. Divided into numerous districts, its main hub is called the Golden Triangle which comprises Bukit Bintang, KLCC and Chinatown. KL is widely recognised for numerous landmarks, including Petronas Twin Towers (the world’s tallest twin skyscrapers), Petaling Street flea market, and Batu Caves, which is over 400 million years old.
With frequent sales events throughout the year, expansive shopping malls like Pavilion KL and Suria KLCC are also among the biggest tourist attractions in the city, hosting a wide range of upmarket labels from all over the world. Plus, if you need more reason to love Kuala Lumpur, there is the abundance of gastronomic delights – with thousands of hawker stalls, cafes, and restaurants serving every imaginable type of delicacies.
